deep SW On. | Hard to know when but the old adage buy low/sell high never changes.....farms bought in 1920 took too 1950 to re-sell for same price ,same if you bought in 1980 it was 2005 to be able too re-sell for more , guys that bought in 30's ,60's ,70's and early 2,000 's didn't even have to farm the land to come out good........most farmers are different than pay check family as that farm is your job,life and most will try to do whatever they can to hold on. For factories, apt's, , trucking ,packing plants,ect. its just business decisions,not so much personal attachment and emotion | |
