east central iowa | No Boone I do not think we are in a repeat for 2012. Just reminding myself that even the best starts can be screwed up by mother nature. I to am planning for a big crop and as high a yeild as possible. I do think we will be warmer and drier this year than last but who knows how it turns out. It could be better for you as you probably do better a little on the dry and worse for me as we do better with a little extra moisture. Congrats on handing the keys over I am sure you will have the best of both worlds you can still farm and help and your help will be appreciated. But the headache and stress can be someone else's. And if you want to go south in the winter and not come back sounds nice to. Good luck this year | |
