| Ok, good to know. Experts putting numbers out (40%) with no additional info is as meaningless as me performing the same analysis.
Hard to say what bankers will do as there is a desperation to get credit out there to anyone who will take it these days. I see no reason why a bank wont lend money this time around with interest rates where they are. But then again, for the same reason that cheap credit has seen poor money managers make bad decisions then the banks may very well tighten lending policy. | |
