| Question would be when was the 40% debt/asset ratio calculated in the 80's. Calculating before the down turn or the lowest part of the cycle will change that number so much that it becomes irrelevant to use for drawing conlusions.
Similarily, if we are at 12.5% now and land and machinery both loose value over a 5 year downturn of say 25% then i would say that 12.5% right now becomes a number that is no longer dismissed.
