KY | Of those downsides I believe getting them bred back in July and August would be very difficult here. Would probably ruin a few bulls trying that large scale.
Somebody else said something about time in the day during May. That's beginning of balls to the wall hay season here. Helped cut a calf out of a cow that had been in there probably a week because owner hadn't checked em in a week, busy with hay.
