Subject: RE: - grain leg movement?

Leesburg, Ohio
We put our receiver on the corner of the platform at the peak of one of our big bins, and just ran coax up the pipe, and mounted the big antenna on top of the leg. Been there since 2007, no trouble so far. The platform on the bin surrounds the lid/downpipe, has stairs to it and a handrail, and plenty of space to set a 12V battery and a small charger. We ran two 110v circuits up there when we wired the grain spreader, so we can leave the charger plugged in and turned on all the time. If the power goes off, the battery keeps the base going. Covered the battery and charger with an old ice chest and tarp strap.
