The June report of 2010 helped solve the argument regarding usage of a lower test weight crop, which occurred in 2009.
That was the biggest joke in history. Everybody new about it but the government lied to themselves and us. Kinda like the bean stocks lie from 2 falls ago. Kept a lid on prices though!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
