Nusbaum Farms LLC Bellfountain, OR | We've got a Lanair. I'm reasonably happy, although I might spend a little more for a better grade of furnace next time. The parts dept leaves a little to be desired, I've had better luck ordering through a Utah dealer's website.
All the tips above are good, and don't forget to check the oil and air pressures once in a while, and visually check (and adjust) the flame once a week or so. Too much flame will wreck the firebrick.
