I'll be honest I'm no expert on row crop cultivators. But we have an 8 row 825 John Deere that does an absolutely wonderful job. Danish tine with hoods. We had an older version before this one that was not Danish tine and it did a so-so job. This one has been great. In fact we've hung on to it since we went to a 12 row planter. I finally talked Dad into selling it but he's been very reluctant. For what it's worth we're all red but I can't say enough good things about this cultivator.
