Not sure what will happen but would be interested to see that chart overlayed with the US$ money supply chart, i am thinking there may be some correlation. Also it appears to me it will be darn near impossible for interest rates to ever normalize(8 to 10%) over the next 20 years, i think the FED is stuck. Only way I can see interest rate normalization would be for the Federal Government to quit deficit spending that seems unlikely.
What would you have to see to be a land buyer now?
