Eastern Iowa | I would say after observing the aftermath of other markets that have gone vertical on the charts, I am not in a hurry. I am all for owning land but it will take some time and a pullback to get me interested again. Checkout the last boom bust cycle of the 70's and 80's and price retraced most of the gains. Looks like a test retest of a median line around 2008 -2009?
