KS and NE in eastern 3rd | Not everyone is paying those rents or have bought 10K land. Very few are probably actually paying those rates and the ones that are will soon be done.
BTW, my land rent is cheaper than yours and the most I've ever paid for a farm was 3400/ac. Your land prices are probably in line with ours. I'm in 150/bu corn and 45 bu bean area
