Just spoke with a local co-op today that has auditors coming in the next couple weeks so they can write down fert inventory value. Guessing the dividend not going to be real good there. Guessing it will lead to some more "mergers" in the next 12-24 months. Some will be trying to widen their margins to re-coup some of the hit. Interesting times for sure, but not completely unexpected.
