There are a lot of options for what you are looking for. You seem curious in drones/UAVs but I'd employ you to look beyond drones only and look at it as imagery. There are many solutions to start with. There is satellite imagery which can help you scale and cover more area to help others get a real idea of your next step. That can come in 30m to 5m resolutions economoly with relatively low cost from free to $.50-1/acre.

Aerial with planes is another option but a specific one. This is what Becks runs for the most part I believe. That's 2m to cm resolutions but usually .5-1m. Less scalable than satellites but more than drones. Cost of around $1-3/acre. It can be harder to plan and get signup at first but it's nice stuff.

Drones are clearly your next part but think about it this way. Whole field mapping with a drone is maybe not the best option since in reality can't cover much ground and has resolutions so high that it may be tough to determine the actual problem and diagnose it with equipment that can't change rates at even close to that scale. I say use drones to with satellite or aerial imagery. Use sats or aerial to get your zones and then image just the specific zones with intense high res drone imagery. This way you can scale both systems instead of being limited by one while making it easier to correlate the difference or problems within the field.

Not for everyone but could be a great way to get in the business and help more growers which means more acres and more money.
