Highly doubt that those exports/imports have much to do with the grain trade. Tiny part of China's trade is grains.
Edit: Might want to check how much oil they import. With the price of crude down and if they import 6-7 million barrels of oil a day. They could import a whole lot more crude and still be down on a monetary basis.
