Well, I suppose predicting interest rates is kind of like predicting the weather, but the news I read is that Yellen, and the Fed, are on a course to tighten, that is raise, interest rates.

I might add, monetary policy is not about interest rates.  It's about the  pursuit of full employment and stable prices.
