I know a guy that rebuilt a 7720 with an elevator bucket clean grain system and an unloading auger that was a conveyer belt. It worked great for black nightshade in pinto beans. He did custom harvesting in Ellensburg WA and surrounding areas.
Canning beans are different challenge than soybeans, that is for sure!
