S.Dakota | No winning with that type of mentality, been down that road before. I understand you want the fields and crop to look as good as possible as it is a reflection on you but if he will not give you the tools to do so it is out of your control. If you can't live with his management style probably best to part ways. I sure would not consider cutting the custom rates to make it all flow for his budget and that is where this might be headed, it sounds as if you are helping enough with the input cost management already. Just my 2 cents. | |
