It actually was not up as much as I expected.. we see a seasonal build for another couple of weeks.  I posted the weekly numbers above.

Keep in mind that as prices are falling consumers run inventories tight.. in a "race to the bottom."  It's best to fill up at high turnover filling stations..

Flip side once a bottom is printed and we start moving higher.. (winter blends will end here in another couple of weeks..) then you want to buy at the slow turnover filling stations as they lag on price increases..

just something I've observed here locally.. assume it works on a larger scale also.
