I think that's the simplest and best way to do it.....I've got an Amish hydraulic shop local and they carry all brands of hydraulic gear motors and such if you could get me the specs off your motor maybe I could match them up ...that might save me a few $$$$... Also wondering if you use the original contact wheel transmission or just drove the conveyor off the main drive chain??
