Houston County, GA | Most row cropping here is cash rent / acre unless a retired farmer is involved sometimes. Pecans here are 20% gross to owner or up to 30%. 35% is very rare. I have one deal where the owner mows grass, and picks up sticks. We deduct all chemicals, fertilizers and cleaning cost before the pecans are sold. We each get 50/50. I don't know how you could relate that your farm. | |
