Yep, yep, yep. 2nd is actually for culls but basically the same thing as a finisher.
Depends on local options and time of year but usually need more then 5,000 cy to consider. This is for 8,000 where local option is 40 miles away. Doing another 6,000 on another job where can get reliable mud relatively close so did not make sense in that case.
