We have 5 panel pen rowed up, 10x10, if a cow needs more rooom, such as twins. We pull out a divideing panel and she now has a 10x20. They work well here. I like them to calve out side the pens, just use the pens for mothering up and new borns in nasty weather. Not many stay in side for more than a few days.
