Don't worry. We had turkeys everywhere. To the point that they were being hit by cars. Then fox and coyote recovered from mange and the bird flu hit. I've seen five in one group at one time in the last three years.
Teenaged kids with .22 are rumored to be the cause for the decline but it was so compete few believe that.
