It's getting that time of year to renew operating notes. Our lenders rates are going up from 4.8ish to 5.2% variable. Was wondering if anyone else is seeing a rise. It seems to me that the mortgage rates are weak and not rising, why should operating notes? I know I need to price around my area just curious what some of you all are seeing.
