southwest illinois		Roundup ready technology patent 1996 on soybeans, IIRC was only $5.00-$7.50 per bag royalty

Chemical savings more than paid for royalty, I bought a lot of beans for $25.00-$30.00 per bag at that time

Now the price structure is just plain nuts.....especially if we go back to $5-6.00 #2 YSB which was normal price in the 90's
