| And at one time I had a problem with that. When you look at what some young guys ask for why shouldn't a banker want that? If I was loaning out the dollars I would. Ex brother in law took my dad as a co-signor for $100 grand back in the 80's because he was a lazy pos. Believe me I never ask my dad to co-sign for me. I borrowed $8000 from him to buy our first 40. Felt bad till the day I paid it back with interest. You have to manage borrowed funds not let them manage you. Not everyone should be able to borrow, they just can't handle it plain and simple.
