One item that is different on a 2+2 is it does not have a pump mounted on the MCV, the oil is supplied by the external steering pump through the hose that is attached to the bottom of the MCV. There is a bypass block mounted to the MCV where the internal pump would have been.
Scratch the expense of a new pump, if the tractor steers fine there is enough oil flow for the TA.
