NCND | We only complete 29 wells I think in november in bakken. Backlog around 1000.
Sweet spots have been defined for few years here. They are defining what "benches" are sweet now as the 3 forks formation which is separate from the "bakken" has upto 4 benches in places.
3 forks and bakken oil is similar. SOme areas the 2 pools communicate but in many of them they are separate from one another. Haven't kept up with that too closely. I know on the edges they communicated but in the heart of the bakken play they are separate.
Many spacing units will have 4 bakken wells then they will have 4 Three forks wells also. All getting different oil.
They are both however labeled as part of the overall bakken system. Clear as mud.
