Back in 2003 we grew for that big talking company from Oskaloosa
Our beans went through a hard little rain before harvest and ended up with dirt stains. Turned out to be a good thing. Germ was excellent and they were used for seed and out by Easter. Guy I know who had perfect quality beans had them in the bin yet September 1.
