   I get that on soybeans coup.   the op indicates in his post above that the investigation has spread to corn also.       I guess my thought process would be in the corn world, that the royalties would be paid at the first distribution of the seed, or in this case if the seed corn was purchased bulk wholesale and bagged the royalties would have been already paid on that seed.    or am I wrong thinking this way?
