southern MN | I kinda had to laugh at the meaninglessness of the article itself, but is actually grabbed that graph, thought that was interesting.
Myself, its pretty clear we tend to sit below the yellow lime for longer periods, while we spike quite high from time to time, and spike very low on rare occurrences.
So, we are pretty low. I don't know that we go lower, but I'm betting we stay south of the gold line for several years?
