He mentions his own operation borrowing $40,000 in 1987. Today he borrows $450,000. I have been contending all along to people that say we will never have an 80's event. We did not borrow 10% of the amount we do today. So interest rates do not have to go as high. We are dealing with so much more money that we can easily get in trouble just like the 80's
