I'm not.
The % of stations offering anything other than E-10 is still quite low.
Most stations in this area that have E-85 don't have it priced anywhere close to where it needs to be vs E-10 to be economically viable for the consumer.
If the state E lobby could get Kum & Go on board with E-15 it would be huge because Casey's would soon follow.
I don't know what % of the gas in the state is sold by those two but it has to be a pretty large %.
