indiana		I agree the rent is too high , no money to be made. There is always someone willing to work for nothing . In our area rents don't drop very fast. It takes more than one or two years of pain(negative returns) before most landlords feel the need to react to a changing environment.

I think every area has a handful of farmers flush with cash. They don't normally attend auctions but when they do they aren't there to watch.
