USA | I don't remember what kind of gravel base is under the cement. Has plastic under the concrete floor. Don't know what Schirz used, but my experience is if you want concrete work done right you get Schirz to do it. Floor was supposed to be done by the outfit that did the walls, after the way things looked after they got done fired them. Wasn't going to let them screw up the floor as well.
This was my son and his cousin's design and project. My job was to stay out of he way and interfere with progress as little as possible.
Hired an outfit to apply water proof coating to the outside walls. Building is tiled around the outside. Building's gutters are hooked into the tile. | |
