I believe you have been mis-led on the health care issue. I am in Minnesota with a very Democratic cheerleader governor for Obamacare.
My health care insurance plan was canceled because it wasn't good enough- but it was what I wanted.
The premiums for a $12000 deductible plan went from approx $450/month to $750/month to $1500/month. However, I can get dental insurance now- but no dentist accepts it within 90 miles....
I don't think a republican or democratic governor is the issue.
