Bethany, MO

NEILFarmer - 1/22/2016 10:40 I'm thinking i'd like to build 12-14 of them is all for my own use only.

Are you wanting to cover 24 rows with 12 drops and have 2 spares?

Want to really make it an experiment?

Run some Y-drops along side some regular drops with a stream nozzle and see if there's enough to the "Y-drop" to justify the effort.  It would be interesting to see homemade vs. name brand vs. drop with a rubber hose and drop without a rubber hose.  The last method is how we did it.  Fought it one year some with and some without the rubber hoses in a pattern and couldn't find the difference with the combine.  Never put the rubber hoses back on!

Good luck!
