Farmers (as a group) are not insignificant.. aka there's a lot of Diesel fuel headed to South America right now to bring their harvest in.. ditto up here in the fall.. etc.

HOWEVER, the guys you got to worry about are the SouthWest Airlines, Delta, Union Pacific (burns like 1.5 byn gallons of Diesel per year.. or more.. some staggering number..) etc..

When THEY decide to cover.. that will bottom it.

I agree that switching to summer blend.. when everyone notices the $.10.. $.15 pop in gasoline prices.. by May.. we will have found a bottom by then.. IMHO.. right now it's musical chairs.. round and round we go.. when the music stops nobody knows.. but we got to be in the bottom flush out by now..

You can lock in under a buck right now on the board + basis.. something blows up over in the Middle East.. price could double before you could do anything about it.. other than that.. slow bleed lower..

JMHO.. could be wrong.

edit add:  UP burns over a billion gallons of Diesel per year.. like 1.5.. read it in a report.. a few years ago.. different today but still on that scale.. "a lot."
