Ontario's middle east | The interesting thing about that Bore is what I just said to a guy over in crop talk. It's easy to use the Hindsight 20/20 glasses and long for those times. The reality is it didn't look easy at the time. In fact it looked pretty damn daunting. The 80s were just over our shoulder and there were still screams coming from the wood shed. The reason there was opportunity was because hardly anybody thought it was a good idea to buy land. I remember being the only bidder on multiple parcels. The fact that many still think it's a good idea to buy at some of these high levels, tells me it isn't. Certainly not envious of young guys looking at this situation. I think patience will be rewarded but that's not the strong suit of young aggressive guys.
