If 83 CSR i would hope it could grow better corn than 170bpa unless it is a swamp or has other issues. APH on that type of ground here is 200+, plug that yield in your spreadsheet and see what you could do on rent, I bet others are looking a 200bpa yield when trying to figure what to bid.
