Subject: How to handle this?

Appomattox/Fredericksburg, VA
Looking for some advice for those who might have been through this. I sold milling quality SRW for Oct 15 delivery. Sold it back in the summer when things were up. My "trucking guy" is just finally getting to me to haul. Only 5k bushels. It's borderline milling quality (test weight). If it doesn't make grade, what are my options? I know it could sell it as feed wheat but what can I do as far as my 5k bushel contract for milling wheat? Would they roll it that far to next summer? I know they'd just cancel if I wanted to but hate to lose a good sale. It was sold $1 higher than they are bidding for this summer's new crop. Granted $5k isn't big money but I'd like to not let it all disappear. Hadn't planned on harvesting wheat this year but I could if I had to fill a contract.
