| Got my mail from yesterday, retiring farmer renting out some ground. 125 acres of 83 CSR. was soybeans last year. I actually helped on this farm a few times and it can really produce corn. What would you shoot for a price, I would really like to have this farm, six miles from an elevator and about 5 miles from my home place. Retiring guy pretty good farmer I'm assuming pretty good fertility. | |
