Beaver Dam, WI | Just was looking at wheat and kinda scratching my head how that pencils out. I don't grow much wheat as i use it to cover crop and haul manure on after wheat is off but trying to make a profit growing it seems real tough.i can get usually 60 to the 70 bushel wheat as I grow it on sandy soil. Wheat is in low 4 dollar range here. I feel for you bigger growers of wheat. | |
