Buxton ND
I've been a 2 marketing/risk management meeting. Every meeting I've seen or meeting coming up have a BANKER doing a talk. I comment thyme's,
CUT land cost.
SLASH family living costs, this is huge.
Divorce rates will go up in Ag land.
A marketing plan and the discipline in marketing and risk-management.
Balance sheets will be picked over, either by YOUR bankers or THE FED'S..........
Fed's watching Ag much closer.
SLASH family living costs.
Ya I know I did that one.
Equity burn rate.

I will add, GONE is the terms below
"Farmers are flush with cash"
Balance sheets the best in years.
You did not need a marketing plan, any time you sold you made killed.
$300- $400 or MORE and acre are profit gone.
12.31.2015 closing corn price was 3.59 and balance sheet numbers will be based off that + or - your local basis.
