Can you afford to be too bearish? Declining world stocks, SA harvests will NOT increase oilseed stocks even in light of record US harvest. Declining coarse grain stocks. US will not plant enough to turn this around. We would need much over 90M and high yields to do this. Possible La'Nina scenario setup for late 16'. Look at a chart, 18 month cycle high due late 16'. I am keeping my powder dry this year. Make logical sales, not fear based sales because of articles and talking heads. US farmers will once again be able to sell at profitable levels at some point. I thought it would be 15' and El'Nino provided us with an additional 7-800 million bushels that kept us from being powder keg prices in corn. Can we grow these high yields for a 4th year in 16'? My wise old marketing guy who reads here but doesn't post told me quite a while back that when world stocks start declining that the trade will start taking notice. Plan to make sales when they take notice...
