East Arkansas | Good grief...why don't you guys just do crop share...
I pay a lot of rent in good years but it's a heck of a shock absorber in leaner years...bonus is it makes you a partner of the LL...you guys wouldn't be fighting over the same land every year.
I've given back a couple of small farms but I and several others have never lost a crop share farm, very long term agreements. Makes it a tough nut to show up and farm "here" though. | |
