historically
2 days before 4th of July
2 days before Memorial day
2 days before / after the Jan report
2nd friday in Aug.
And yes it is hard at times to sell 2 or 3 years ahead
it is even harder to own enough storage for 3 crops
The "Memorial day date " is moved around do to the US report
It cost me some money to "respect " the report dates
