The boys had a flex for with farmers national, that was a top dollar rent with a bonus if Chicago corm futures hit a certain price by July ? Something. Then landowner got another 25.00 per acre in November. Had nothing to do with yield. It was always based off of the corn market, even if they had beans that year.
