Check this and ignore the chemical control parts. A moldboard plow and lots of tillage/cultivation is about all you have to chose from. The rhizomes under a patch of quackgrass are amazing, and everyone or piece of one is a possible new plant. Good luck. Herbicides struggle with quack too.
